Bryan Adams finds ultimate 'roadies' in DHL

Canadian rock legend Bryan Adams is using DHL as the ultimate 'roadies' for his 'Shine A Light World Tour 2019'. DHL, as the official logistics partner, provides all transportation for Adams and his band during a tour of 20 countries around his fourteenth studio album, "Shine A Light". The artist is known for the mega hit 'Summer of '69', the year in which the brand name DHL had its debut. Adams also performs in Belgium (14 June) and the Netherlands (16 June).

DHL and Bryan Adams share a strong passion for sustainability: Adams with environmental protection projects with the Bryan Adams Foundation and the Deutsche Post DHL Group with its GoGreen environmental and climate protection program. In line with "Mission 2050: Zero Emissions", DHL is planting one tree for every ticket sold in the world tour.

THIS COLLABORATION IS A GREAT MESSAGE AND HOPEFULLY IT INSPIRES OTHERS, BECAUSE WE ALL HAVE TO DO SOMETHING FOR OUR PLANET.

"DHL looks back on its own proud history since the creation of the DHL brand in '69. 50 years of DHL stands for leading innovation and passion of our more than 520,000 logistics specialists. Together we want to connect people and improve lives. Our commitment to planting trees with Bryan is one way to achieve that goal."

Deutsche Post DHL Group has committed to zero co2 emissions for the entire group by 2050 by promoting sustainable mobility and implementing environmentally friendly last mile solutions such as bicycle couriers.

Grammy Adams' Shine A Light World Tour kicks off in Belfast on February 25. The album of the same name will be released on March 1st.
