Visualizing your CO2 offset

We are committed to reducing CO2 emissions during the shipping process, and you play a crucial role in that. Since January 1, 2021, all our domestic parcel deliveries to consumers have been climate-neutral, and since 2022, this applies to all shipments. In My DHL Parcel, you can see by default how much CO2 you have emitted and offset on a monthly basis. Each year, you will receive an SGS-validated certificate that shows your total offset and the sustainable projects we have invested in together. It's something to be proud of!
