If you’re not at home when we come to deliver, we try to deliver the parcel to your neighbor. Our courier will leave a card in your mailbox stating the address where your parcel has been delivered. If the neighbors are not at home either, we’ll leave a delivery code on the back of the "missed delivery" card. With the code you can choose when and where you want to have the parcel delivered. You can select a DHL ServicePoint, for example.
