Returns Austria
In order to return your parcel, please follow the instruction concerning returns from Austria.
Packaging
Please package your return parcel as safe as possible with firm packing material. The outer packaging has to be stable. The heavier or larger the consignment is, the stronger the sealing material has to be.
Label
Please stick the address label on the parcel, so that it is legible.
How to return?
The return can be dropped off at the following places free of charge:
- Post office (including postal partner)
- Courier pick-up
- Pick-up service
Proof of deposit
You will receive a proof of handover upon drooping off the return.
