Artikel 1: General
- These terms and conditions apply to the 'Win tickets voor de EK-kwalificatiewedstrijd Nederland - Noorwegen' promotion (hereinafter referred to as the 'promotion') by DHL eCommerce (Netherlands) B.V. and DHL eCommerce (Services) B.V., registered in Utrecht under registration numbers 30076845 and 30076835 (hereinafter referred to as 'DHL').
- This concerns a temporary promotion running from March 18th to April 2nd, 2024, until 11:59 PM, held in the Netherlands.
- Participants in the promotion declare that they agree to these terms and conditions when participating in the promotion. These conditions can always be consulted on the promotional conditions page.
- DHL reserves the right at any time to terminate, interrupt or modify the promotion unilaterally and without prior notice and/or to change the promotional terms and conditions and/or the promotional products/prices, if circumstances so require, without being liable in any way for compensation to the participants.
- The data that DHL obtains in the context of the promotion will be included in its database and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The data is used to communicate about the outcome of the promotion, products and services of DHL. For more information see our privacy statement.
- The latest version of DHL Parcel Europe General Conditions of Carriage applies to the carriage of goods by road by DHL. These terms and conditions and, if applicable, additional terms and conditions can be consulted on the DHL website.
- Dutch law and the code of conduct of small promotional games of chance apply to this promotion.
Artikel 2: Prizes
- The prize for the promotion consists of two tickets for the UEFA Women's Euro Qualifying match Netherlands - Norway on April 9, 2024, in Breda. The value of one ticket is 30 euros. One prize includes two tickets and will be awarded to one person. In total, the promotion will produce five winners.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other prizes.
- Prizes won are personal and non-transferable to third parties.
Artikel 3: Rules
- Participation in the promotion is free of charge.
- Participants have a chance to win by leaving their details during the promotion period with the 'Become a supporter' web form, indicate they want to participate and agree with the terms and conditions.
- Participant can participate in the promotion only once.
- The winners will be drawn from the participants no later than April 3, 2024. The winners will receive a personal notification from DHL at the email address provided via the web form. Participants should also check their spam inbox.
- There can be no correspondence about the outcome of the promotion.
- DHL may disqualify and/or exclude any participant from participation if the relevant participant acts in any way in breach of these promotional terms and conditions (or DHL suspects this, or provides incomplete, incorrect, or misleading data, or submits information that is contrary to the law, or otherwise acts unlawfully towards DHL or third parties). DHL also reserves the right to exclude candidates from participation if performance of the transport contract cannot reasonably be requested of it.
- Participation is excluded for all DHL employees and anyone who is in any way (in)directly involved in the organization of this promotion.
- Participants live in the Netherlands and are at least 18 years old or have permission from their parents / guardians to participate in this promotion.
- The participant is responsible for the correct provision of data. DHL is entitled to check the accuracy of the data provided by the participant. The provision of incorrect or incomplete data may lead to the exclusion of the promotion.
