Volleybal Nations League
The Nations League is an international volleyball competition that has only been organized since 2018, but is already an important tournament in global volleyball. The Dutch volleyball ladies are one of the 11 core teams in this competition and will play in 2023 at least on the following dates:
- May 30 to June 4 in Nagoya, Japan
- June 13 to 18 in Hong Kong, China
- June 27 to July 2 in Bangkok, Thailand
Women's Volleyball European Championship 2023
The European Women's Volleyball Championship will take place between August 15 and September 3, and of course the Netherlands will be there! The orange women will travel to Tallinn in Estonia for the group stage, and the draw looks favorable at first glance. The Netherlands is in pool D with Estonia, Finland, France, Slovakia and Spain.
Volleyball Olympic qualifying tournament
The Dutch women's volleyball can qualify for the 2024 Olympics in France this year through the OKT. This tournament will be held from September 19 to 24, 2023, with the best two teams from three pools qualifying directly. Will the orange women manage to be there soon in France?
WC Beach Volleybal
From October 6 to 15, 2023, Mexico will host the World Beach Volleyball Championship. It is the first time in twenty years that the tournament will be held outside of Europe. 48 teams will compete for gold, and of course our orange women will be there! In addition to the title, the winner also automatically qualifies for the 2024 Olympics.
