Were you out of home during our delivery attempt of your parcel? Then you will find a card in your mailbox with the next delivery moment. Would you like to choose a different moment or location? Please use the delivery code from the card and your postal code to choose for another delivery option. You can give us your preference on the day we visited you up to 11.59 p.m.

  1. Pick up the shipment at a DHL ServicePoint When you prefer to pick-up the shipment at time which suits you best, opt for delivery to a DHL ServicePoint. You can select one of five DHL ServicePoints in the vicinity of your home address. We will send you an email when the parcel is ready to be picked up. 
  2. Deliver your parcel at the neighbours If you know that you will not be at home for the next delivery attempt, then you can opt to have your parcel delivered to your neighbours. 
  3. Deliver your parcel at another moment This option allows you to override the next delivery attempt shown on the ''not at home'' card by allowing you to choose a different date and time.
