If you are not always available when running your business, then you can indicate your delivery preferences with an authorization form. You will receive such a form via our courier or customer service. These are the options:
Key statement
Are you not always present, but do you want us to leave shipments at your address? Via a key you give our reliable driver access to a delivery place.
Delivery to neighbors
Is your company closed, or is there no one? You can authorize us to drop off shipments to neighbors on your street. After delivery, you will always receive a card in the bus with the name and house number of the recipient.
Closed declaration
Is your business closed by default on some days? Pass it on to us and from now on we will always deliver on the next working day.
If we are faced with a closed door when delivering to consumers, we leave a card on which the recipient can choose the next delivery time. Read more about our delivery options.
